How to obtain an updated license pack

Use the following steps if you need to update to the latest license pack to run the latest version or just spot check the latest license you own.

FAQ:

1. For the correct version of flexnet you need, assume the latest or follow this compatibility matrix from PTC: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS154266

2. The license file will always be built to the highest & latest software version. The license file will run older versions, the client version is completely up to you to decide on.

Steps:
1. Login at ptc.com. Go to PTCs license management app site: 

https://my.ptc.com/licensing/dashboard

2. Click on Licensing Hosts tool, then the download icon next to the host name you need to retrieve

3. Open zip, save as the license.txt file to disk
